    How Our Small Business Payroll Services Work

    Before we can start processing payroll for your business, we will need to register your payroll scheme with HMRC. This provides us with the necessary references to file your reports.

    We will create agent login credentials so that we have access to any information HMRC provide you with, keeping track of any payments, deductions or coding notices for your employees.

    Now that we have all the relevant information to start processing your small business payroll, your scheme will need to be set-up on compliant software, in our case; Sage Payroll.

    This allows us to file documents and employee pay related information to HMRC, whilst also informing them of any changes that may have been made. We will ask for any information and details we may need to set your business up on our software. This can include employee details and pay elements.

    After the process of setting up your payroll scheme has been completed, we will now allocate your business to it’s dedicated senior payroll expert.

    This member of staff will look after all your payroll information, provide support when you need it, and make sure all the relevant documentation is filed on time.

    You will be given contact details to your payroll manager.

    We will work with your business to ensure you have all the documentation you need at the end of each pay period.

    Employee payslips, payroll summaries and automatic-enrolment breakdowns can be provided, and even distributed to individual employees.

    Just let your payroll manager know what you need and we will add it to your file.
